our
portfolio
Our Design + Build portfolio reflects Nies’ most tailored work — fully bespoke residences shaped through architecture, interiors, and construction working seamlessly under one vision. Each home is designed in response to the people who live within it, resulting in spaces that feel timeless, intentional, and deeply personal in the way they are experienced every day.

discovery
Every project begins with conversation. We take the time to understand your lifestyle, priorities, routines, and long-term vision — creating the foundation for a home that feels deeply aligned with the way you live.
Design Development
Architecture, interiors, and spatial planning evolve together through a collaborative and highly detailed design process. From materiality to natural light, every element is considered with intention and clarity.
Visualization
Through advanced 3D modeling and immersive walkthroughs, clients experience the home before construction begins — allowing decisions to feel informed, assured, and fully resolved.
Construction
With design and construction managed under one roof, the transition from concept to build remains seamless. Our team oversees every detail with precision, communication, and disciplined execution.
A Fully Integrated Experience
Unlike the traditional building process, Design + Build brings every discipline together from the outset — creating alignment between vision, budget, execution, and lifestyle. This unified approach allows for greater clarity, stronger collaboration, and a home that feels cohesive in every sense.
Architecture. Interiors. Construction. Landscape. Community.
Thoughtfully composed under one vision.
